User Identity Verification, KYC Authorization & Legal Consent

By submitting this form and proceeding with registration on StockBrik, I hereby provide my explicit, informed, and unconditional consent to the collection, verification, processing, storage, usage, and retention of my personal, financial, and identity information for regulatory, compliance, verification, and service delivery purposes.

I authorize StockBrik, operated by Ms. Neha Vijay Sondhi, SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000018920), and its authorized compliance partners to collect, verify, authenticate, and process my Know Your Customer (KYC) information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements issued by SEBI, RBI, UIDAI, Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

I voluntarily submit the following information for identity verification: Full Name, Date of Birth, Residential Address, Contact Number, Email Address, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Photograph/Selfie (if applicable), Bank Account Details (if required), Payment Receipts, Transaction Reference Numbers, IP Address, Device Details, Location Metadata, System Logs, and Timestamp.

I authorize StockBrik to verify my Aadhaar and PAN details through government-authorized verification systems including OTP-based Aadhaar authentication, PAN validation via Income Tax databases, and CKYC/KRA verification wherever applicable.

I provide my consent to receive OTPs, verification codes, service alerts, regulatory notices, transaction updates, and compliance communications on my registered mobile number, email address, and WhatsApp (if enabled). I understand that OTP verification is mandatory for account creation.

I authorize StockBrik to collect and verify my payment-related information including payment receipts, UTR numbers, transaction reference IDs, payment gateway confirmations, and bank transaction proof for regulatory compliance and service activation.

I acknowledge and agree that my data may be stored in encrypted servers located in India or other compliant jurisdictions in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, SEBI Regulations, and RBI Guidelines.

I authorize StockBrik to disclose my information to SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, Banks, Payment Gateways, Auditors, Government Authorities, and Law Enforcement Agencies where required under law, regulatory audit, investigation, or compliance review.

I understand and acknowledge that trading and investing in securities markets are subject to market risks and that all decisions made by me are solely my responsibility. I agree that StockBrik shall not be responsible for any losses arising from my trading decisions.

I hereby declare that I am an Indian resident above 18 years of age, legally competent to enter into this agreement, and that all information submitted by me is accurate and genuine. I understand that submission of false information is a punishable offence under Indian law.

I consent to the collection and storage of my IP address, device fingerprint, browser details, login logs, geo-location (approximate), and date and time of form submission for fraud prevention, audit trail, and regulatory evidence.
