Escalation to SEBI SCORES Platform
If a grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the investor within a reasonable time,
the investor may escalate the complaint through SEBI’s SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System)
platform.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services provided by StockBrik shall be
attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
In case of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
